H. C. Andersen & Chr. Flensted, 1999

In 1982 Christian and Grethe Flensted handed over the torch and the family company Flensted Mobiles to their son Ole. They moved to Odense, to Ramsherred, and opened up The Mobile Maker's House right opposite from the house of Hans Christian Andersen. Since they were mobile makers and Hans Christian Andersen had made such beautiful paper cut-outs, they asked the museum whether they might start a cooperation and make an annual cut-out and the museum accepted. This particular paper cut-out was made in 1999.
